Empowering teachers
Local, often unemployed ladies are equipped to become high-impact educators and spiritual mentors. Our intensive 10-week Jubilee Excellence Schools (JES) Teacher Training is more than just professional development; it is a journey of holistic personal growth. With ongoing mentorship from the Shiloh Education team, our teachers are never alone, receiving the continuous support and monitoring they need to thrive.

Equipping teachers to serve children with an excellent education, continuously monitoring and strengthening their approach. Teachers are also supported through weekly check-ins and prayer. We serve the teachers so they can better serve the kids.

Placing values at the core of our approach and enabling children to become successful, well-rounded adults who have been given everything needed to reach their full potential.
Community centers
Serving the communities through various initiatives, enabling the wider community to benefit and grow. These initiatives include but are not limited to homework help programs, holiday clubs, soccer, Bible study, needlework, and many more.
Lifelong learners
Through a one-to-one approach and amazing equipment and teachers, learners gain a curiosity to learn and, in effect, become lifelong learners.

Meet The Team
Andre Beeton
As a founding member and former Chairman, dental technician Andre has dedicated years to uplifting Wallacedene and currently serves as a Director.
Estelle Veldman
Starting as a volunteer in 2008, Estelle rose to Managing Director by 2017, inspiring community action before transitioning to Director in 2025.
Nanda Govender
An evangelist and missionary with a heart for people, Nanda co-founded Shiloh Christian Upliftment Centre and has served as Director since 2009.
Retief Ueckermann
A Chartered Accountant and Management Consultant, Retief became a passionate supporter after witnessing Shiloh’s holistic, transformative impact on children’s lives through world-class education.
A quantity surveyor and business owner, Schalk led the founding team of Masincedisane, later becoming Director and serving as Chairman since 2012.
After moving to Cape Town in 1988, Vidia co-founded the Shiloh Christian Upliftment Centre and has served as a Director since 2021.
Warren, a brand identity specialist and co-founder of Heaven’s Gate Ministries, leverages his marketing expertise to amplify Shiloh Synergy’s transformative mission.
