Our mission is to transform these statistics by establishing a firm, value-based Christian foundation on which successful futures can be built. At Jubilee Excellence Schools, we believe every child is a possible future leader. We provide children aged 3 to 6 with more than just an elite education and daily nutrition - we teach them to respect themselves, others, and the environment, and to develop a love for learning.

We believe that transformation starts within the community. That’s why we recruit local women - many of whom were previously seeking employment - and equip them to become high-impact educators and spiritual mentors.
Our intensive 10-week Jubilee Excellence Schools (JES) Training is more than just professional development; it is a journey of holistic discipleship. We prioritize the spiritual and emotional well-being of our teachers, ensuring they are grounded in God's love for them before they ever step into a classroom. With ongoing mentorship from the Shiloh Education team, our teachers are never alone, receiving the continuous support and monitoring they need to thrive.
