Shiloh Wallacedene Ladies Camp Oct.09
Dear Friends,
On the weekend of 30th October 2009 Shiloh Wallacedene took a group of 30 women to a spiritual camp. It is a bit late to give feedback, but better late than never. A week before the time it did not seem as though we were going. Very few of them had paid and as always, our women did not have the money to pay. Reasons are many, some are unemployed, and some are the only bread winners and not forgetting the recession that affected all of us. But the Lord performed a miracle once again.                
We had a guest speaker from Durban by the name of Pastor Kamla Reddy. The Lord used her to touch the lives of our women. Many testified to the fact that their lives will not be the same again. Their spirits were revived and some also made decisions to serve the Lord. After all, it is only Jesus that can help, because it is from Him that we have all our being. When the mothers of our community are changed, it is contagious. It is said that women do not keep silent. They like talking, so now they have something positive to talk about.
They were not only blessed in their spirits, but also in their bodies. It was a time of relaxing and unwinding. They laughed and played, went on the swings, played ball, they swam they ate and praised the Lord. It was so good to see our women so happy and relaxed.
